Went through car wash and as im driving in the individual guiding me in did not give clear directions. My car then bumped my tire. As I was getting out of wash my low tire light turned on. Do these places pay for damage, is it even worth complaining?

I don’t see any evidence that you have any damage, so there certainly is nothing to complain about. Tire pressure indicator lights inform the driver that the psi of at least one of your tires is either high or low. It is not an indicator of damage.

In almost two decades I only had to buy tires once. A piece on the side of the conveyor broke and punctured both driver side tires of this young girls car. Shit does happen but it is extremely rare. She had to have it towed to a tire shop which we covered along with the tires. If you called me the first thing I would ask is did you have it towed or have a spare put on in the parking lot? If the answer is no then I would not even bother to check cameras or inspect equipment and consider this nonsense.

It always amazes me how much people inspect their cars for damage/scratches after going through a car wash once a month as if these things can not happen during the ten times they park a day at local stores. They never check their cars every time they park with shopping carts and what ever else just laying around. When a manufacture who is worth hundreds of millions builds car wash equipment I can assure you the #1 priority is to NOT DAMAGE a vehicle because if they did not only would they be out of business fast but so would the operator.

The individual guiding you only gives a left or right signal. Should not be too hard to figure out.

Also this is a forum for professional car wash operators and not for customer complaints.
