If you are looking to go the SBA route - Celtic Bank is awesome. They do a ton in the car wash space and are very knowledgeable and familiar with the industry. All processes I have done with them have been very easy and straightforward.
On the non-SBA side, as Mac mentioned, I would go to your local regional bank to see what sort of rates and process you are looking at from them in the way of conventional non-SBA debt.
