Who in this market is still aggressive with financing car wash and laundromat equipment. I own my property and am building a car wash and laundromat in a small shopping strip and would like to talk with some folks. Banks are not too anxious to look at new operations. Thanks

I am seeking some construction financing, but my needs are primarily for the equipment since I have a seller financed interest only mortgage which, until renovations are completed, would unlikely make sense to anyone interested due to limited equity characteristics.

I was just contacted last week by a guy in Miami that says he is aggresively doing car wash loans. Also Magic Wand now is financing equipment purchases for its customers.
