Failed fluid control check valves…

I keep blowing apart fluid control check valves on the plumbing on my IBA. When the poppet breaks it flows downstream and usually lodges someone in the inverted L on
My IBA. Then I have to tear things apart to dislodge it. Any recommendations on a better replacement? Right now I’m using CV700 and CV800 size.

Fluid Control check valves haven't been any good for over a decade. Ever since they switched the poppet keeper to plastic they've been a time bomb. If you really like them, you can order rebuild kits that are all metal. Make sure to use locktight when you put them back together. Otherwise, General Pump check valves have been pretty reliable.
