Etowah Vally and Genesis for Rowe

Does anyone know whats up with Etowah Valley. I have been trying for over a month to get parts for my Genesis changer. They are not returning phone calls or emails. Is there any other place to get parts for the Genesis?

I'm not standing up for them but I talked to Jim on Tuesday. He answered the phone when I called and after talking to him a bit he said they were crazy busy.

I need a control board. My reset has been re-soldered so many times the traces are lifted. I have the BC-200 not sure if its the same or not.
