Hello,
Does anyone know how to issue a refund on TSYS? On Bluepay I remember it was easy, and when you were on the web reporting site, you could just click the transaction and hit the refund button. When looking at the transaction batches on TSYS, I don't see any way to do a refund. Both Etowah, as well as the general TSYS customer service line say I need to speak with this one guy, and he isn't answering....
Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, John
By the way, I have been having customer complaints where they have used a card, and the charge shows up for the amount they swiped, but then two additional $10 charges show up as well for no apparent reason. Anyone seeing this issue?
