Entry wizard issue

i have a problem with my EW.
the keybord and the program selections buttons does not work at all.
any suggestions?

None here. Are you referring to the original entry wizard? Their aren't many left out there operating in the world. I have a EW 2.0 in my basement I'll sell for cheap if you have one of those and need parts.

yes its the original one EW2.0.this is the only problem i have the keybord and the program selection buttons

Not yet but today i solve the problem.there was a keybord socket unplac on the bottom of the board.i just found it by luck
