Some of you may not know or even heard of the term ?Dutch Auction? which an auction system used in the Netherlands (Holland) to sell flowers. In this system the price of an item to be sold is set at a high asking price and then is lowered in a predetermined time frame until a buyer is found. eBay uses the opposite system where the price starts at a reserve price set by the seller and offers-to-buy rise until the listing time expires.

ShurVend is going to try the ?Dutch Auction? system on the 3 older vendors which are listed in the Forum classifieds. The asking prices of these vendors was determined using the SWAG method (Scientific Wild-A**ed Guess!), but no buyers have come forward. So we will try a new way to find a price that someone is willing to pay for a vending center at their wash.

All these vendors are in perfect working condition and work just like any of the newest versions. They should give many years of service. We will be happy to tell you all about each vendor and the specs you need to install.

Uncle Sam :)
