Just had a customer ask "my van is 7'2" with the ladder racks on, I can fit in the in bay, right?"
"Well, the height bar say max height is 7', so it would seem that you are 2" too tall."
"That height bar is on chains. Won't it just swing out of the way so I can wash?"

Almost as good as the customer calling me last weekend complaining she spent $7 in my super bay and it didn't get the back of her car clean. She stated the rest of her car was spotless but the back was dirty and wanted her money back. Ummm.... Thats a selfserve bay mam, if its not clean your the one that cleaned it, not me. If the rest of the car was spotless it obviously wasn't a water problem or anything like that.

I watched a guy one day reach out his window and lift the bar over his headache rack. I ended up replacing the hanging bar with a 4x12 bolted to both walls.
