Looks interesting PM Me for shipping / Purchase details.
I'll test it first to make sure it works. The thermostat was mounted at the top of the coin chute to read the outside temp. I'm pretty sure the heater can just be left on - the thermostat is nowhere near the heater, and I imagine up north the heater stays on for 3 months of the year.

The 50 watt one gets freakin' hot. The one you linked doesn't say anything about being regulated. It's made to be outdoors in zero degree weather stuck to something large and heavy in a poorly insulated engine compartment. I'm not saying it won't work, but I'd bet it will get at least hot enough to melt the adhesive.
