I have a Autec 400 Series and am looking for a drying agent that kills soap suds and doesnt leave any film we were using Turbo Dry at one time and it seemed to work pretty good but for some reason we switched to Phoenix Rinse aid and it doesnt seem to kill suds as well. All Info would be great.
Thank you

It is probably best to get the soap off before any drying agent is applied - it will work the best this way. Do you have a fresh/clear water rinse before the DA?

I would recommend one pass of a clear water rinse and no wraps/mitters in action. Then a DA after that should do the trick.

I am not familiar with the programability of the Autec machines, but most friction IBA's I have seen perform a cycle sequence something like that.

For over a year I had a terrible problem with drying and spotting. I switched to a drying agent blended by a local chemical guy(who I later found out has a pretty good car wash following) that solved all my problems. It is by far the best chemical I have ever purchased in my estimation. I am not getting paid for this but would not mind becoming a distributor of this. If you try it you will buy it. PM me if you want more information. This chemist swears his stuff is better than Rain X. I cannot say one way or another because I could not get Rain X to work in a high pressure application like this stuff. The after effect on the vehicle is awesome as well.

How can we get a 5 gallon container to try and how much does it cost?
