Drop down menu

When I go to the Autocareforum I get drop down menu on the left side of the forum that say related items with car items. I click to cancel it but it comes back. Is this part of the forum on do I have a virus? I don't get it on other sites.

I'm not familiar with what you're talking about - sounds like it may be a virus.

It's probably some adware. I had one install itself in Chrome without my permission.
