Door photo eye amplifier

I have ultimate car wash doors and need to replace a few amplifiers on the photo eyes. They are about 7 years old so I am just guessing they wore out. Does anyone know where to get the amplifier besides ultimate. Picture attached. Thanks. Oh we'll picture would not upload from ipad.

The best price I could find on these exact amplifiers was from Dultmiers. I have had to replace at least three of these. Make sure that you use the exact model number because there are AC and DC models that are similar and will work but will not be correct.
