Door lock/deadbolt suggestions?

How seriously do y'all take the level of security on your door locks?

Context: I'm taking over a wash soon and am considering replacing the door knob/latch and deadbolt rather than just having them re-keyed. The door opens directly into the equipment room. Currently the deadbolt is a Schlage, but I believe it's the residential one. The door knob/lock I know nothing about, pics attached.

Would you replace these or just re-key them? And if replace, do you have any specific options you like?2F2E264D-DF5C-4F71-B2AA-002E03C49482.JPG051096DC-C968-4BC0-ABCB-53C6AF4AD6B5.JPG

There are many wonderful commercial locksets out there. Substantially better than what is shown. But if you have a good working alarm system, the door lock becomes less important. Too many variables, in your security. Have the locks rekeyed while you figure out your weak points.

Both very good points, seems like it makes sense to hold off until I know better where the dollars need to be spent. My other location is ten minutes away and more secure so for now will probably just keep any valuable spares/cash there instead anyway. Thanks all!

We use electronic locks for handles and deadbolts. Allows us to know when an employee arrives and leaves (trust but verify), or if the door is opened unexpectedly. You can even tie the door alert to an alarm company if crime is a concern.
