Learned something interesting today about our JE Adams vacs with Dixmor LED7 timers.
Had a vac that would display V7.42 error whenever we inserted money or used a CC.
Checked all the wires, removed components and replaced them with similar components from similar vac next to the troubled vac.
After talking with JE Adams support (Sam) I learned that a bad horn can change the voltage supplied to the Dixmor to cause the V7.42 error.
I removed the horn and everything works normally! Took longer than I wish to admit to figure out this mystery....Never a dull moment in the carwash industry.
