Dixmor DX2000-2 V2.05

Closed down a bay yesterday to replace a pump. when we turned it back on the Dimmer timer just reads" Dimmer DX2000 - 2 V2.05" and doesn't work. We have cycled power and have looked through the manual.

Anyone know what could be causing this or is likely just an old timer that has lived its life?

It has most likely lost programming and needs to be set up again. You should be able to reprogram it with a remote - if you don't have one you'll need to open it and do it manually with the buttons. It will lose its programming every time the bay is off too long until the battery is replaced.

I purchased their Infokey. It keeps my settings and custom message stored and can be plugged into the timer when the stored program gets lost. A real time saver from doing it manually.
