Dilution Station

I installed this baby a couple months ago when I built my new detail shop. It automatically dilutes concentrated cleaners for 'ready to use' mixtures. I use mine for glass cleaner, G.P., and upholstery pre-spotter.

This way, I eliminate hand-mixing, saving time and chemicals. I am no longer mixing too strong, spilling product, or having to train employees on dilution ratios.

What a great way to save products and time, which saves $$. I already notice our detail shop using less product, though we remain super busy!

If you can't get one from a supplier it is called a Wall Mounted Proportioner I think made by Dema. You can use tips similar to a Hydrominder to get the dilution ratio you need.

The one pictured is obviously made by Hydrominder, but Dema does make similar units.
