D&S 5000 owners, looking for selection input

I have 3 5000's. I offer two passes of presoak on the top two washes and 1 pass on the bottom two. The top wash is 2-ps, 1-soap, 1-CCC, 1-CCP, 1-rinse, 1-SFR. The second wash is 2-ps, 1-soap, 1-CCP, 1-Rinse, 1-SFR. 3rd wash is 1-ps, 1-Soap, 1-CCP, 1-rinse, 1-SFR. 4th wash is 1-PS, 1-Soap, 1-Rinse, and 1-SFR.
Thanks! Could you tell me what CCC and CCP mean?
What kind of soap are you using on the single pass and how well does it clean a dirty black car on that one pass wash?

Ditto, with dryers on all 4 selections as I've found a high percentage of customers complain if they don't get dryers, even though the sign say they don't.
Sorry to take so long to get back. Been crazy here. (read: not good kind of crazy). Yep, waxman got it other than the fact that I call it clear coat protectant (wax).Thanks! Could you tell me what CCC and CCP mean?
