D & H Evo Wash Foam Brush Troubles

We installed a D & H Evo Wash in 2007. Continual problem with water deluting foam brush and clear coat lines. Problem becomes worse when weep system is on in the winter, causing our brushes to freeze, even with antifreeze based soap. Suspect that is water is leaking internally in pump manifold from other functions. Has anyone found this problem and a cure?

I'd say that it is plumbed wrong and or the check valves are leaking. The weep shouldn't be anywhere near the low pressure stuff.

D&H Foam brush freeze up

I had a similar problem. Foam brush would freeze on cold nights. Problem was that the timer which is supposed to purge the system of water was programmed by the factory to not come on. Check your timer.
