Hi everyone,
Having an issue at the car wash-- installed 4 cryptopay tap plus units in my SS bays. All units have power, and are flashing yellow (not programmed yet). When I log into the cryptopay dashboard, only 1/4 readers populates. I reset my internet modem, and then 2/4 populate. Its been about 2 hours and the other readers have not populated in my device list. Has anyone had this issue before? I have 3 other sites that have these units, and when they were powered on, they showed up immediately in my device list. This site for some reason is not showing the remaining 2 devices. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
