CryptoPay Tap Plus Cash App Issue

We recently installed Crypto Tap Plus in all our SS bays and on our Wash Select II. We are having complaints of the Tap Plus charging the Cash App card with Cash App, but not activating the SS bays. Yesterday I asked the customer if his Cash App was funded with the $10 minimum preauthorization amount and not pulling from his bank account. He showed me he had plenty of funds to wash on his Cash App card. I don't use Cash App to pay for things, but know the basics of sending and receiving money from others. Can anyone explain how it works with CryptoPay Tap Plus...if you have had problems accepting Cash App...and how you resolved it?

I haven't had that problem, though i have heard of it. The biggest issue ive seen with cash app is their policy on the preauthorization, they may hold the preauthorization up to 30 days, thats actually in their customer agreements when you sign up, ill never use cash app for that reason alone, i get 24 to 48 hrs but 30 days...yikes!!!
