Cryptopay overcharging customers?

Cryptopay tells me to reprogram my acw, I did so, and washworld suggests its cryptopay... Urgh... Can anyone help me determine where the problem is?

In short, my acw works fine with cash. However, the minute I use card it charges the wrong amount.

I even tried it myself.

I push the basic wash button, it says deposit $7. I swipe my card. My credit card charged $12.... What gives?

What is your "hold" amount? Not $12 is it? Maybe you are just seeing the hold amount pending and not the actual charge?

This issue showed up from nowhere... It was working fine for years.

In cryptopays interface, every charge in the last 7 days but one on my auto is $12, so that wouldn't be hold amount. I'm confused why one is lower at $10. Also my cc charge did clear at $12.
