Has anyone had this happen? I called their support and they were very little help. The basically had me restart my internet and restart my coordinator and then said the coordinator is probably bad. On their website it shows the coordinator offline. But if someone swipes a card there is a 30 second delay and then the bay starts anyways but the card is never processed. I've ordered a new coordinator but it seems like the wash shouldn't start if the card isn't processed. The internet works on everything else at the site. and i tried other ethernet ports.

Are the transactions stored on the swiper or tap unit itself and not the coordinator?
Yes sir. I can not remember the exact amount but I believe its around 250-500 transactions can be stored on each one. Dont take that as gospel. Ive only lost one coordinator in about 15 years but when I did of course everyone was out of stock which is just my luck.
A week later I had a new coordinator and within 2 hours of it being powered up all the transactions loaded. Im not someone who cares about pennies but I would assume anyone with a declined card got approved. Never even bothered to check. Surely offsets the ability to not being able to process any CC transactions.
