So I had my first cryptopay/worldpay problem and its got me considering other options... I had someone do a $5 chargeback for unauthorized charge as they weren't at the wash that day. I lookup the transaction and it was entered via the virtual terminal. I look up the user that entered it and its an Indian name I've never heard before. I call worldpay and they are useless. Unable to help.. so it looks like I'll be eating this one. I really wish they would've called me vs immediately gone to a dispute.
2 questions. 1: can I ban that card so I don't have to deal with them again? 2: whats another good system for a count down timer based wash? I'm debating wash card but it looks like I have to run cables to each bay to use it, which is something I'd like to avoid.
