Cryptopay and Washselect 2 issue

Cryptopay swiper is flashing yellow and the upper display screen on the washselect is blank.

I'm not too familiar with cryptopay. I have powercycled everything. Anything else to check? I left a message with support.

weve discussed a similar issue in the past. Mine will reset if I pull the plug off the back of the I/O board that the swiper is connected to. I think cryptpay will advise you to unplug the display and cable and plug it back in.

Strange issue with Cryptopay

I put cryptopay on a older Wash Select 2 and periodically when a customer swipes and selects a wash the screen will say Sale Approved but it won't activate the wash. It has done it on my bottom and middle wash so far. Has anyone had this happen or know how to fix it?
