Crypto pay vacuum issue

I installed some used Swiper's on my vacuums. They are crypto pay. I thought everything was working great until I noticed one of the vacuums seem to be running on a little long. Here's what it's doing. When you swipe the card the Swiper flash is steady blue and you have to press the button to start the vac. previously I thought you just had to swipe the card and it starts. While the vacuum is running the Swiper flashes steady red. After six minutes when the vacuum is supposed to shut off the red flashing stops and it goes back to green but the vacuum stays running until I shut it off with the breaker. paying with coins, vac runs normally and shuts off in 6 min.

I checked all my settings and parameters on the configurations section of the crypto pay website and they are all the same. I think this is the only vacuum that's doing it. I'm testing the vacuum next to it right now to see if it shuts off in six minutes.

Any thoughts? Thank you.

Since the swiper is only sending a pulse to the timer, it sounds like a wiring issue, voltage issue or a bad timer.
The only time I've ever experienced red on a swiper is when it had no link to the coordinator or the coordinator to the internet (on the latter they were all red).
This is assuming the swiper isn't sick too... (swap it out for another swiper?)

**Edit: I've had weird stuff happen when a transformer isn't behaving properly too.

The swiper when not used is scrolling rainbow colors. Once you swipe it turns blue to authorize then either red if declined or green if approved. Once approved it sends pulses to your timer so no you should not have to push the button to start the vacuum. Swiper sounds bad.

I went in to the configurations section and changed the parameters for that Swiper. I changed it to count up and then accepted the changes. I waited a few minutes then I went back in and changed it back to count down like it originally was. accepted changes. Waited a few minutes and went and tried it and the vacuum came on immediately when I swiped the card and it ran for the proper amount of time and shut off.
