Cross promotion pay at the pump

I have a C store attached to my wash. It is leased out to somebody else. They would like to sell carwashes at the pumps. I have checked into it and would have to do a new paystation and pos system to intergrate with pumps. My question is. Do you give them a percentage per wash or a flat rate per wash. I'm thinking around 1.00 per wash. My wash selections are 4.00 , 5.00 , 7.00 and 9.00.

A percentage would hopefully generate up selling.

Definitely go with a percentage and possibly a progressive scale where the more they sell the higher the percentage much like a service writer is paid.
