I just looked at our July Worldpay statement again, and our average ticket is $10.91. This is for self-serve bays, vacs, and vending only. On your Worldpay statement, are you guys taking the very bottom number, "Total Fees", then dividing that by "Deposits Total" to get your fee percentage? Our auto is on Dencar, and those fees are more complicated to calculate.

That's the way I figure it.

Killer you must be using TSYS. They are a HUGE ripoff. I use to be with them and that was what I was paying. Switched to Cryptopay a little over a year ago. I have two locations both with IBA and self serve bays using CC. Slower location in July had an average ticket of $10.15 and I paid 3.71%. Busier location had an average ticket of $10.30 and I paid 3.54%

August came in at 7.15%

man, if i could get that down to even 4%, that would save me $300 a month.

Plus $10/month per device. They told me they no longer offer the less expensive monthly service anymore. For a busy site, that's nothing but a slower site with 10 devices, that's $120 per month so you would notice the overall increase percentage-wise.

Interesting, is there a grandfather clause? I do not have those charges.

Yes. That's what they told me. All new accounts will have the high level $10/month service.

my avg ticket is $11.45

no vendor items on CC. just the IBA and Self Servs

on the SS, $5 min, stops at $15.
