Coupons

Don't waste your money on coupons for the WS II.

I like to give a top wash to anyone who hasn't been satisfied with the
wash they got (Magic Wand was having problems). I ran out of the coupons I had so I ordered 100. The price for 100 seemed steep at $32...but the
"shipping and handling" was almost $14!...not expedited or rush. Seems like 3 stamps would have covered it.

I vote with my feet, and I would encourage everyone else not to encourage this kind of commerce (piracy). Just program some codes for 1 free wash and have some business size cards printed up. Give these out instead.

I do the same thing with programming the codes. I usually program them as the last four digits of the recipients phone # followed by a zero. This way it is easy for them to remember and I can do it on the fly, either by remoting in via computer or having my cleanup guy do it while he is there. I just have so codes premade and I can text to the 10% or so that have a zero in the last four.

I make them single use codes. This also allows me to somewhat track any abusers/problem customers.

Ditto on the codes. I print out a fleet accounts report and keep it in my wallet. When they call I give them a code on the spot. no mailing back, etc.

I had coupons custom made form a local printer. They "cracked the code" on how the coupons worked. The coupons use a combination of magnetic and non-magentic ink. I had my own printed with info on front and back for about .10 each.

BTW, despite my occasional unhappiness with unitec's parts pricing, I like them much better than the Hamiltons I have just acquired. I Will trade a goldline for a WSII!
