I currently have coin acceptors in my self serve bays that accept quarters and tokens only. Not sure of the brand but they are roughly 10" wide X 15" tall.

I have some very nice faceplates from a Ryko conversion (That I dont want to waste) that have slots for normal coin acceptance (slugbuster) and dollar bill acceptance.

So I need to add a slugbuster,timer,8 position rotary selector and bill acceptor.

Since this setup did not have a bill acceptor originally will it be possible to incorporate one into the system?

I hope this is enough information.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, you just wire the bill acceptor in right alongside the coin acceptor. There's a risk of someone depositing coins and bills at the same time which can sometimes cause a loss of the credits, but it's very rare.
