i looked at a really dumpy touchless tunnel for sale years ago. it was way too much for me to get involved in, but someone eventually bought it. they put in belanger equipment; one touchless, one friction and 1 ss bay. nice wash, beautiful renovation. gotta be $1.25-1.5 MM invested.
