Consolidating Payment & Sales Systems

Greetings,


I currently operate a self-service car wash with the following setup:

• A 4-bay self-service system (Coleman/Hanna Power Pack)
• 8 vacuum stations:
  • 3 Vac/Shampoo units
  • 3 Fragrance/Vac units
• 1 vending island
• 2 bill-to-coin changers

All self-serve bays, vacuums, and vending equipment are running on the Crypto Pay system.


For my automatic washes:

• 1 PDQ Surfline Tandem using a Commander Pay Station (Coleman/Hanna)
• 1 PDQ LaserWash 360, also using a Commander Pay Station

Both automatics are connected to a DAN system (Coleman/Hanna) and use Hosted Solutions for memberships and individual wash sales.


So currently:

• Hosted Solutions handles my two automatics and membership program
• Crypto Pay handles my self-serve bays, vacuums, and vending

My question is:
Is there a program or system available that can integrate all of these platforms into one place, so I can track all sales and revenue in a single system?

Commander and DAN are Hamilton systems.

I don't think what you are looking for currently exists, and based on what I have seen with technology innovation on the self serve side, it will probably never exist.

Maybe switching to dencar would do what you want, but that would be a large capital expense, and could pose it's own issues
