Concrete Cracks - tear out and replace once it gets worse or try to seal?

I’ve got some cracks appearing in my heated bays. Does anyone have any experience with successfully sealing these? I’ve used plistix at home but never with something that receives this much water / traffic.

Should I try to seal these hairline cracks as well?

I’ve always heard that tear out and replace is the move but with the crazy cost per square on radiant repours I’m trying to avoid that.

Thanks.

Any concrete is going to crack thats the purpose of control joints. To control the cracks underneath and and make it crack in the way you want to. Like the vets said everyone has cracks in concrete. If you replace your concrete because of cracks then you will be doing it every year. Even new concrete cracks. Unless it's a major trip hazard and it's in absolutely terrible condition leave it alone. Theres nothing you will put on top that will last.
