Purchased an older carwash where the pump room and bay equipment have been limping along. Debating on buying a complete system with pump stand and chemical setup vs building my own from scratch. Have experience with electrical and plumbing. Been watching videos, reading through this forum, and looking at material provided by manufacturers. Have a couple of questions:
- What do you think the total material costs would be for a self service (4) bay setup (ie: motors, pumps, chemical dispensers, hoses, manifolds, solenoids)?
- Does anyone have a diagram they can provide that shows a setup for one complete system (ie: from utility water thru the filter to a water softener, ro system, cold/hot water, thru hydrominders or dosatrons, to the bay, to the water pumps, how/where medium/high pressure chemicals are introduced to the system, check valves, where air/chemicals are combined)?
