Commission for ticket sales men

Hi all I am looking to set up a basic commission or incentive plan for my greater to get a higher ticket , I have 5 men who sell, how can i set up a basic plan, NO POS system in place.

do they all work at the same or different times?

Mine work at the same time so it's basicaly 10% fo extra service sales. Simply print out the controller report, calculate extra sales. Now, form toatl extra sales we deduct coupons of course.
