I recently had my goldline pay station replaced with a slightly used commander. My installer re-used my existing d.a.n. even though the commander can with one.
My problem is when I try to run a financial report or wash count it doesn't show the commander as an option. It only shows htk or gl. The commander does show up on the home screen though. How do I get it to show up for financial reports. Or do I have to have them install the d.a.n. that came with the commander?
