Combo vacs shampoo / fragrance?

Hi All,

Curious on opinion regarding combo vacs?

If you had the choice would you just put in all vacuums or combo vacs with shampoo or fragrance? Do people use the shampoo and fragrance a lot or mainly just the vacuums?

Putting in new vacs but wondering if it makes sense to put a couple combos in place? I will have 6 vacuum stations.

Over the years at several locations had at least dozen of the large Coleman combos split 50 / 50 fragrance and Shampoo. Laat purchase included Bill acceptors. Learrned to use coil wrap hose protector and the shampoo and fragrance hose lasted for years . Prir to that they would wear and break at the end. Could even re use the hose protector. on the new hose. Some addittionl maintenance - but not a lot.

Never thought to do this. Definitely adding.

Depends on how abusive your customers are. My preference from a maintenance/site appearance standpoint is vac only wins everyday. If you have 6 stations, do no more than 1 fragrance, 1 shampoo, the rest just vacs.

What manufacturer are you looking at?

I think this is very site dependent, we have a site where fragrance gets used a lot and shampoo almost 0 use, other sites it's the complete opposite shampoo gets used a lot and fragrance almost 0. If I were to replace with new vacs, I would be getting vac only, the extras don't really move our gross revenue much, not worth the hassle IMO

Kleenrite sells a JE Adams shampoo and fragrance box on a pedestal which I’m thinking just add in the vacuum station independent of the vacuums. Was also going to add an air machine also on a pedestal too
