Clear coat sealer problem

The clear coat sealer for the self serve is always giving us problems. It doesn’t seem to mix properly. We tinker with the tip sizes and it never really fixes the issue.

Does anybody have an idea why this is? The wax seems weaker the further the bays get from the equipment room.

It currently has a white tip. (.043)

Is it an ultra concentrated product? If it is, you may have to dilute it down before letting it enter your system. It may be too viscous without pre-dilution. Sealers often contain MSO, which can add to their viscosity.

Yes, it’s very concentrated. I went ahead and took your advice, I will update tomorrow. Thank you very much!
