Clear coat issues 5 bay ss

Advice needed with the clear coat I have replaced both flo jets and was working great now it intermittently wont send clear coat to the end bay but if it comes on in a bay closer to the equip room then the end bay will work, kind of like its losing its prime. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
 
Need more information about the equipment.

Make sure the pressure from the Flojet isn't exceeding the MOPD rating of the solenoid.
