cleaning the brushes

Hi All , I have blue foam brushes that look terrible. But I can't find a way to clean them. Any ideas?
 
Dawn dishwashing soap (blue). Bring the side brushes together and let them do the agitation, then rinse with cold water (don't use a Hotsy).
