ChoiceWash MarkVII Side brush error - circuit trips

I have been tripping the breaker on my ChoiceWash. It always stops in the exact same spot. It is when the drivers side brush is set to retract after finishing the second pass at the front of the vehicle. It is intermittent but when it happens always the same spot.

The error is "SB2-091-F182 Motor Protection" The tech looked at the orange wheel and replaced the cups. Everything looks fine.

I am thinking maybe it is the wire to the motor. Bending at that exact point? So I would like to order some new wire and replace the entire run. I wan't to replace with the correct wire and I am not sure the current wire is the original spec.

Can anyone confirm that 4/c 18 AWG is the original factory spec. and best place to purchase. When I search I get a lot of lower voltage options pop up that don't appear to be appropriate for the carwash environment.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Also check all connections. Is there a prox switch that is loose, going bad or bad connection. Is there an eye beam that is loose or going bad, might very well be wire…though you’d likely see obvious signs of wear
