Time to replace the unloader on my touchfree. I came in early to begin the repair but stalled out quickly. I can't figure out how to get the unloader unscrewed from the pump and HP line. The bypass was easy to remove.

It looks as though there is no swivel but there must be./?

Side Trac 700 with CAT 3535.

In my self serve, no, there were no swivels. The first time I had to work on the unloader or pump, I added one. Remember not to use galvanized.

When I replace the unloader on my automatic, I leave the lower assembly in place and just replace the top parts.

I have left mine in place to rebuild it before. However, it was diagnosed with a bad spring and that isn't included in the rebuild kit, so I bought a new one.

I did tear into it further; after removing solenoids and hp lines I was able to unthread the unloader from the CAT pump.

Now I just need to clean all threads, re-teflon tape and reassemble/test.
