How often should you have to replace your chain sprocket? I know the one in my wash hasn't been replaced in over 6 years. The chain keeps popping off in the middle of my tunnel and I think the gears are worn.

Chain pops off of what in the middle of your tunnel? And, like Earl stated, it is best practice to replace the chain and SPROCKETS together, they wear together!

This sounds like a loose chain. What conveyor is this? What is being used to keep the chain tight? Air cylinder or spring?
