CC button doesn’t always shut off

I got swipers in my ss bays and I got one that the customer has to push the button really hard to get the charges to stop. Anything you can do to make it respond better?

put up a sign that says press stop 2 times. Mine are so bad i thought it was required to press 2 times. works well when i do that. Cryptopay is pretty good but it aint perfect by any stretch
