CBK- Chinese Manufacturer

Ok folks, let me address some of the comments in this thread.

First, I actually installed and own 2 of these CBK Touchless Units myself, in Manistee Michigan. They are both running fantastic, washing cars and making money every day.

Why did I buy this wash? I got tired of the incredibly slow and cost bloated service and equipment from companies here at home in the US. In CBK I found a company that custom builds my washes with the motors I want, the specs I want, the features I want, with the service and instantaneous support I've always hoped for. 3 year complete parts warranty. Immediate customer support response (literally texting my rep right now about a wash customer) and the best part..a price that makes sense, that actually creates space for me to make a fantastic return on my wash.

If you think it's because I'm not willing to spend money on quality, you are wrong..in fact, I built a 5.5 million tunnel wash 3 years ago, and am part owner. But, I think it is simply foolish to pay 3 times the price for the same wash, a price that wouldn't be so high if it weren't for the incredibly clumsy and wasteful structures of US car sales companies.

Has anyone looked at the CBK at the SWCA show going on in Tx yet? Dynamic Wash Soultions has the gantry in their booth. They are importing them but will be supplying a 40 GPM Giant or the Cat 3535 pump stand and their controls. Spare parts are being stored at their plant as well.
I end up installing one of their machine.
so far working pretty customers are liking it as well.

You said your 2 washes were in Michigan. Then you said you have a wash in Texarkana? What area of Texarkana?

That is 2 washes literally 1,000 miles from each other.

Why were the machines sitting in crates outside your car wash for over a year? Is your 5 million dollar tunnel Chinese made too?

Hi Jankmcnally, just wondering what your payment terms were like? I was approached by CBK and i'm based in Asia. I asked them payment terms and they said 100% upfront before delivery. Seems strange to me considering if i receive a defected item or receive any delivery issues, i've paid it fully and may come into some issues with them.

Hope you can let me know, thanks!

I have been approached by a gentleman who represents CBK car wash manufacturer from China. He has over 25 years car wash development and management experience in the US. It is a touch free machine. He is their first distributor in the US and he happens to live in the same city I am in. He will support with repair, parts, etc,

Has anyone had any experience with this manufacturer? I will appreciate any information you can provide.

Thanks

Hi!

Did you end up purchasing from them? How has your experience been?

I will go to visit these few car wash manufacturers (including CBK) next month. My main concern is whether the product is prone to failure and whether it is easy to repair. I believe that most touchless equipment parts are similar.

Although American manufacturers provide maintenance services, third-party maintenance companies also come to repair them. The most important thing is that the prices of American manufacturers are too high.

How did your visit go? I also visited them but was unable to get a accurate reading of their legitimacy. Also they said their payment terms is 100% upfront prior to delivery which isn't preferable to me considering can have delivery issues and damages prior.
