I have two Cat pumps both different sizes that just started to leak. They are both leaking on the outlet side of the pump underneath. It not a huge leak just a few drops every couple of minutes. They are both only a little over a year old. Any thoughts would be great as to how to repair the problem. I dont want it to get out of hand and have to rebuild the whole pump.

What models are the pumps? When I had 310s that leaked it was usually the sealing washer on the plunger bolt. On 5CPs it was usually the LP seals.

sounds like you need new seals. any chance you froze recently and burned out the seals? Both my competition and I froze friday night. between the two of us we had enough parts to get our washes going.:)
