CAT 340 Vibrating lose

I have one bay that the four screws that hold the pump to the bell housing keep coming lose. I have tried every type of thread lock out there and nothing works for more then 3 months. The pump is a CAT 340, the bell housing and motor are also CAT. Last year I missed the bolts coming lose lost all the oil and through a rod on the pump so I installed a new pump new bolts and new key. I though maybe this would be the fix....NOPE four months later it is lose again. When I take the pump apart the lock screws on the key are still tight and the bolts to the motor and bell are tight. There is no play in the motor shaft that I can see. When everything is put together and running there is no extra vibrations that I can see compared to the pump right next to it.

I have contacted CAT and they have no clue what is cousin it. They sent it up to the R&D department but I have not heard back from them.

I have been fighting this for two years and I am at a lose as what to try next.
