Had a customer come in today and of course brought his bucket but what he put into it was amazing "Carpet Shampoo" he said he researched it and apparently he thought it would lift the dirt off the surface of his vehicle so it wouldn't scratch.

Interesting research!

On a super-busy day today, I witnessed a customer with a 90's Ford Ranger dunking the foamy brush in the pit cover soup and 'pre-scrubbing' his finish. I was literally too busy to say anything. Oi Vay!
