This would not be a great ad for any car wash but at least they didn't sue the owner.

Years ago, my Dad had a customer "expire" while washing in a self serve bay. The guy worked 2nd shift at the near-by ship yard and stopped in after work. Thing is,Dad was never notified about the situation. He learned about it when he read it in the paper. Two days later!

We had basically the same thing happen. We learned about it when the newspaper called us wanting details.
