Quick reflection that I hope some of you will resonate with...

I was talking with an operator the other day. We were reflecting on all the knowledge required to run a successful wash. Electrical, plumbing, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, construction, customer service, management, HR, finance, marketing, engineering, etc...

I have worked with some of the most knowledgeable, generous, professional and folks that are just masters of the trades in this industry. Keep Washing!!!

And there are many of us who are just learning. Now that I've had my wash 15 years, I'm finally getting comfortable with some of the more challenging problems that come up. Luckily, I've got great friends who can show me the way and who don't laugh too hard at my mistakes.
